I'll add details later, but count me in. First time to enter this bike since I started the project in 2011.

[h=2]1981 Z50R Gecko Slime Green[/h]

(Sorry tried to find the OE photos with out my logo in them)

It started life as a 1981 Z50R as you can see in the before photo.

It was completely stripped down and rebuilt with all new parts. The motor was also stripped down and the cases opened , inspected and cleaned and then reassembled with new parts.

It has an 88cc big bore kit, HD clutch, HD rear shocks, extended aluminum swingarm, Complete new front fork internals, new seat, tank, adult friendly BMX bars, new tires, tubes, brakes, cables, fenders , Sprocket set, Muffler and so much more.

It has custom headlight brackets and a headlight off of the K3-78 Z50 Minitrail for that night time riding.

Thanks for looking

I wanted to build a custom bike that doesn't look over custom.

[h=2]Custom Z50 K2[/h]
OK Guys - here is one that I built over the winter.
Started out as a 1971 Z50 - the frame has been cut and lengthen under the gas tank a couple of inches - the stock coil was relocated under the tank (on the top of the frame). The rear axle mounts were remade 1" longer to accommodate the 10" rear wheels and to retain the rear fender. As you can see it has a tank from the K2-78 series. Wanted a Big "in your face" chrome headlight (found this one on ebay) - had to make a custom mount for that as well. The motor is an 88cc stage 1 with lots of polish and chrome parts. Always wanted a "Dr. Seuss" intake so I made one of those as well. I built a similar exhaust to this last year and was real happy with it and thought there was lots of wasted space in these frames so i decided to build a Dual Exhaust for the Z50. The bars are stock style but taller and wider. Rims are 10" two piece from TB Parts, Tires are Bridgestone, 50Stunt Pegs, aluminum rear sprocket and lots more - have a look and let me know if you have any questions.
Will post finished photos is a second post.

1969 honda z50 low rider
This is my 69 z50 my daughter named her (Bella) I made most the parts and frame modifications. The Rims, 88cc big bore kit carb cables and break lever they are all TB parts. Thanks RAZZO for helping me with the TB parts and answering lots of questions.
The tail light is an Arlen Ness turn signal that I removed the powder coating, and fabricated a mounting bracket then polished it.
Its 8 inches shorter than it was in 1969. I don't think you could go much smaller and still be rideable with 8 inch wheels.
The only chrome on this mini is the gas cap and triple clamp nut the rest is all polished aluminum and some stainless fasteners.
Tons of hours spent on polishing all the aluminum pieces.
Custom pieces that I made:
Front hub
Forks and fork covers
Covers - fork and frame
FootPegs
Brake lever mod
Kickstand
Show stand
Seat mount
Exhaust and clamps
Air cleaner cap
and a lot more
Thanks for looking at my mini

And it's Korey for the WIN! You need to see that Z50 in person to appreciate the build. Master craftsman.

Thanks everyone for the votes and the Positive comments . It's been a lot of fun I wish more people got involved with the voting and showing of their minis.
I just wanted to build something a little different.
Thanks again Korey
