Those 110cc motors put down about 6.5-7HP with alot of torque, but don't breathe very well and choke off in high-speed activity.
Downsides: If you modify them, plan on replacing the gears in the tranny, and the clutch won't hold much past stock power.

Some of those 110cc motors have rubber bearings and don't last that long. They are a great bang for the buck, but sometimes they don't last that long.
