Im in need to bore out my cases for a 95cc DRATV piston. 58mm is damn near close to 2.25 in. Im thinking of getting a bi-metal hole saw and popping a hole in some MDF with it, as well as 4 locating holes for cylinder studs. The MDF can be secured to the assembled cases and held down with bolts, this will act as a guide for the hole saw into the cases. Then I can run the hole saw into the cases boring them out.

Anyone done this method before? maybe a little sketch, but might be okay. I used Terry at Firepower a few years ago but he seems to close up shop.

I can report back with my results.
