can we change gear pattern to all 4 up

hi
i have ducar dj154fmi it has 3 down 1 up gear pattern.
is it possible to convert it to all up ?
do we need to change all transmission gears or just few ? or is there some gear shifter mechanism that needs to be just swapped ?

I think your biggest problem is finding a shift drum that will work with your transmission. Dratv sells drums that may work.

To add to what tmas has said, you will have to split the engine cases to install the new shift drum.

I split the cases and replaced the drum of same dimensions from a other bike.

however the place holding detent arm is different. As is shown in both the cases

The image which shows the difference in crankcase of both types of gear drums. Crankcase with bigger ball bearing for secondary transmission shaft is from dj154 124cc 1down 3up and the one with roller ball bearing is from a 90cc engine.
