I have a TB race head and I'm thinking about picking up a CHP D-comp cam. My motor has about 40 hours on the head. Am I going to have a problem with the rocker face and the new cam? Has anyone else done this conversion?

I highly doubt you will have worn out your rockers much if at all with 40 hours, unless your top end was starved for oil or something crazy, you should be fine to just pop the new cam in there. I have not fitted a CHP to a TB KLX race head but isn't it for an SE head only?

No believe they are different, BBR also has different part #'s for a normal race head de-comp compared to the SE head de-comp.

Mark; did he get these goodies from you and sneak them into his motor without letting me know? I better take a closer look at his bike next time we ride; sure seems like he got a lot faster than I remember?

Seeing as how my bike is STILL FASTER than yours I decided to wait on the V2 head.
