as far as i know a stock swinger wont work with a billetware frame u need a aftermarket swinger

I have having a problem with my billetware cradle mount and stock swinger it seems to not fit it looks lik the swingarm is hitting the back of the frame when the swing arm goes down..anyone have this problem?

It will fit put two small dents in the swingarm bar where it is hitting.
