So im looking for a big bar kit or even just a throttle kit with the correct length cable and carb top.

where do I find such an item,

The CRF70 uses 7/8" bars and conventional bar clamps, Mazz. The stock cable should reach, even if you have to reroute it along the right underside of the tank.

I ran Pro Taper SE bars in the CRF50 bend on my 70 and i thought it was just right.

i just put the pro taper xr 50 bars on mine. make sure you get an extended front brake cable. the throttle cable works when re routed but i will probably upgrade to a different throttle because the stocker is janky. you also have to drill a hole in the bars for the throttle.
