The RAD Econo is nice, and I believe it uses standard KX65 bearings, spokes, rotors, and sprockets. Or powdercoat a stock KX65 hub. Then get a light aluminum Excel for it in whatever color you like. Do you already have the BBR master cylinder mount? I think that's the only one that works on the perimeter frame. Maybe the BigMini's too.(if you can find one). Then get a stock KX65 master cylinder & caliper, and STR's caliper carrier & extended line (pick your color), and you're set.

Wait, the BBR perimeter frame already has the master cylinder mount on it right? What's the hole spacing? You might have to use the BBR master. It might be the only one that fits on that frame. I'll measure a KX master's hole spacing so you'll know what options you have there.

PS: FasterMini's had the BBR disc brake system on "Killer Deal of the Half-Hour" TWICE today for $371. (Usually $530)
