Hey guys, I need some help with setting up my new forks. I weigh 170, and the forks are having a tough time keeping up with me around the track  What is the best way to make them firmer while retaining some sort of plushness? 20 wt. or 30 wt., and how many ml's of fluid to achieve this?

Thanks,

Kelly

Hey mx595-

I have the BBR forks with the SP5 dampening kit. I weigh 160#. Per a recommendation from a BBR guy I race with, I put 3.5 ounces of 20wt fork oil in each leg and the HD springs. It slowed the rebound very nicely and they work really well for me...

Good luck
