i am after a perimeter frame and some stratos or shiver forks to go with my new motor . where is the best and cheapest place to get them? i also need them shipped to the uk



of the two forks what do you recommend?

both of those forks are top of the line, i like the sr6's between the two. but you cant go wrong with either fork.

The perimeter frame is good and all but seriously consider this frame kit, the forks are only $900 when you buy the frame, and they have 8 inche of travel. http://www.hanebrink.net/xr50_frame/

hanebrink really sucks tho. i laughed when i felt a set of those forks. talked to a mtbike friend if mine and those forks cant handle bike abuse, a 50 weighs alot more!

yeh im not keen on the hanebrink setup, i want the bbr frame but not sure which of the forks to go for

Lright ill give you that, ive also heard hanebrink is crap, so check this out, 7 inches of travel on forks, $3,500 for frame kit and forks. http://www.foesracing.com/xr50/index.cfm

The BBR perimeter frame is way nicer then the foes racing frame.



Also nomatter how you cut it Shivers and SR6s are the nicest forks out there (i know bombshells and all them are nice but Shivers and SR6s just take it one step farther)

thanks for the replies the frame is not an issue i am getting the BBR perimeter that was decided before i started the thread.



i am sure the foes is good stuff but i dont like it





i am leaning towards the shivers because you get everything with them, rim built ect



3rdgear i have bombshells on my other 50 and they are very good, if the other two are better they will be great

I run a perimeter with SR6s and LOVE it. I ain't got a video where they aer in action, but will have one of corner up soon.

no seriously ive rode both and they are both SWEET forks. i just liked the shivers more for what i needed. (mostly for the bmx clamp style)
