i noticed that the small steering lock blocks on the lower triple clamps of my bbr forks are not meshing up with the steering stops on the frame. Like your bars should stop when they turn in any direction, but they should be flush and butted up against the steering stops on the frame. Well mine are a bit off and it is rubbing the corners off on both the frame stops and the trip clamp lock blocks. Anyone have any suggestions or even have this problem. Its more irritating than anything else. thanks

did you stretch your frame ?

its normal they all do it but I have to ask do you really look at the steering locks alot or use them alot to fix you can build some weld up on the frame stoping tab and it will work fine then

nope.. frame is not stretched. Thanks for the input.. I will try and but a few beads on the frame to help it out.
