Looking good! Keep the progress going as it keeps you young. The real fun begins when you start modifying these little engines and make some good hp. Very rewarding feeling when you rip around and pull your first wheelies around the house.

another lot of parts from powdercoat
Nice! Going to be one sharp looking 70! Love the heal guards but with my size 13 feet the stock foot pegs just don't cut it for me. If you need more foot room I recommend some "adult sized" pegs from Spangler's as they are lower and farther forward giving more room for big feet and cramped legs. You would also need their longer wave style shifter which matches up nicely with the new foot pegs.

+1. I have a set of Spangler's pegs and they are great! Very durable. Mine look slightly more OEM than those with the billet

Yes, I have Spangler's other steel pegs on my 150cc ATC 70, works well with their longer shifter and foot brake conversion. With 8" 4 bolt aluminum wheels, 18" tires, custom paint and decals I'm too far from OEM to care about looks as much as as riding comfort.

At 6' 4" I'm a big dude for a little 70, but it works with the foot peg and shifter mods. I do space the foot pegs down from the engine another 1/2" or so for more comfort. Highly recommend for big dudes! :D

ss ls1 have you ever try the tires with paddle in the snow?
No I have not...... yet.:p The ones in the photo are ITP Sand Stars that I will likely be selling as I just picked up a new set of Skat Trak Glider paddles to use in the sand next year.

As for snow my 18" Maxxis tires work awesome as they float well both over sand and snow, are light weight and the 2 ply carcass flexes for good ride comfort. Here is a link to a video I made last spring in the snow on my red 70.

Sweet! That display mat is very cool and the best part it's doggie approved! Trike looks good just needs a motor. :p

I did have some Xowner 7" aluminum wheels, they definately are super high quality and beautiful. (You will love them) I just could not fit a 4 x 110 4-bolt inside them so I switched to 8" Douglas Wheels.

And yes the paddles are currently mounted on 8" wheels from Spangler's.
