I sold this person ARR4U2NV (a.k.a Rita Andrews) a forumla 200 mm rotor and bracket .

they paid i shipped the item and they are claiming i do not ship as promised which is total bull .

i told them i worked till 5 pm so i would ship on short shift friday nov 5 2010 , which i did and they are claiming they bought another (which is not my problem) and want money refunded.

again buyers beware i have seen this before and i have lost money before when someone claimed they never received an item only to see it for sale on another site.

i have filed a dispute with pay pal.

Actually, you scamming POS, I paid you on monday, you said you would ship it on Wed. (If your dumb @$$ cant read your own PM's, give me the email of some one that can, Ill forward it to them and they can read it to you, I assume at least your ears work.), then Wed morning, I realized you weren't even the person who had posted the sale thread that I asked about the parts. The parts in the thread were new in the package. You didn't PM me back or ship that part until FRIDAY, 4 hours after PayPal emailed you, notifying you of the claim I filed.

Now that I got the parts today (tuesday), they aren't even the same parts that the thread was for. You sent me some grooved up crap/used rotor and bracket. There is a reason that you have previous negative feedback and I don't, because you sell sh!t. I paid you 30 min. after you gave me the PP address (actually the second time, since your too stupid to even know your PP addy and gave me the wrong one the first time.), and it took you 5 days and a PayPal complaint to get off your @$$ and ship it? And that makes me a bad buyer? LOL!!

Desert Trash like you ruin forums for everyone.



Anyone that might consider buying from this guy and wants copies of his PM's and the PayPal log/Tracking Info to confirm my story (and further prove this guy is full of sh!t), just PM me and I'd be happy to save you from a purchasing nightmare.

"Seller PM'd me and acted like he was the seller on these parts (formula brakes, zokes, carbon fibre, parts - Planet Minis). Right after I paid him, I realized he wasn't who he said he was, I PM'd him and asked him what the deal was and what it was he was sending me (since all the pics I had seen were the other members parts). He didn't ship the part or respond to my PM's until after I filed a claim with PayPal. Even though he didn't ship the part until after the claim was made, PayPal said there was nothing they could do.

I got the part today, It is a grooved up used rotor and a mangled bracket. The post he poached me off of was for new parts in the package and also would have cost less! (The actual sale thread poster responded after the payment was made to this scumbag, this is when I realized he tricked me, and why I didn't know at the time I was paying more than the seller was selling for)



This guy should be banned for scamming and poaching sales. He is the type of person that give forums bad names."

first off i never said i was anyone else and you have my pm's and pay pal info so you know who i am so thats starts out showing your full of lies.



second i told you i would ship on wednesday "IF" the place was open till 5:30 (i work not just set around on pm cos i live with my momma) , the postal center was not open till 5:30 pm as i thought.



third you and another buyer was informed i could not ship till friday my half day off due to company picnic , the other buyer was pleased with the shipping and the parts i sold him as well.



forth the parts i sold you were not in bad shape (they were purchased from stickyicky on here a few weeks back delivered to us at mini moto madness and were /never installed on any bike we have , stickyicky can vouch they were in near perfect shape) .



fifth i never saw anything on pay pal till hours after i had shipped parts to you and another buyer (who is very pleased with the shipping and parts recevied i may add) due to working till 11:30 an hours drive home then going to the postal center to ship parts.



you though you'd get something for nothing and it did not work in your favor so now you jump in late and try to bash.



i've both bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of bikes and parts on pm ,50 riders,thumper talk,and other forums and never ripped off anyone nor was i ever ripped off.



again i say sellers beware you are a scammer or at least try to be one.

"First", you should take a break in your "busy work day" and try to learn the English language. I never said you "said" you were someone else, you poached a buyer off of someone else's thread. If your part is so quality, why didn't you have it posted for sale/ afraid if anyone saw your used junk they wouldn't buy it/ is that why you had to PM people that responded to other peoples sale threads? I would love to see this phantom PM that says anything about "IF". Heres what it said (and from the retard vocabulary its pretty easy to tell it's your words)

How am I trying to get "something for nothing" when I paid you 5 days before you even shipped it, and you charged me more for your busted sh!t than the actual seller was charging for "new in the package" parts? Its more like you got $50 for nothing. Im sending you this crap back either way. I don't own/ride others peoples junk.

So lets see you put your money (or in this case my money) where your mouth is, If you are an honest seller, you will refund my money when you get the part back (although I doubt this will be the case). I will post the tracking info on this thread when I ship it, and if you ever pay me back you can post a copy of the PayPal page showing the refund, and proving to the PM community that your not the dirty scumbag you appear to be.



Oh, and by the way, although I understand that you have issues and assume everyone lived in the double-wide with their mothers until they were 25 (when she kicked you out for blowing up the tool shed out back with your homemade Meth lab starter-kit), not all of us do.

Maybe if you get an education, one day you will get a job where you get to use your mind and work less hours, allowing you to put down the the mop and your rubber gloves, respond to emails and ship the sh!t you take people's money for.

(remember this is the bracket and 200mm rotor i bought from stickyicky a while back in near perfect shape) so we'll see if it is the rotor and bracket i bought from mike (stickyicky) or something you had laying around threw into a box and sent my way.

so we'll see "IF" it arrives and "IF" it's the one i shipped you or not.

so "IF" everything is correct I "WILL" refund you the money less shipping and pay pal fees i paid (and i have receipts and pay pal info).

i have a very well paying career not a job , no mops buckets or gloves but i know you see these daily due to your position as "head towel boy as a gay bathhouse".

Aw, are your feelings hurt because you didn't get it? Yea I was selling a wheel, and you were one of the two people who said they wanted it, and just like I posted on the thread (so that no one was getting told different stories), first person to pay me gets the wheel, I don't hold parts for people. But it appears your purchasing skills lag like your shipping skills, maybe a few toilets got backed up that day and you had to work overtime and didn't make it home before the other guy, who knows, point is I PM'd you and told you it was gone before you made any payments. Sounds pretty fair to me.



Here's a pic of your used parts so that there is no confusion on what Im sending you back. I see you have a great imagination in the scamming department, or maybe you just speak from experience.



FYI- When you refund a payment in PayPal they reverse the fees! And as shown in the picture the postage is $5.70, so I wont need receipts. You go ahead and keep that, you can put it towards a 20 piece nugget at Mickey-D's for your family's Thanksgiving this year, I know those turkeys can be too expensive, my gift to you for your wonderful business ethics class you have hosted here.



You do have me on one point though, even those ****ty toilet scrubbing jobs CAN BE considered careers if you do them for ever. Im glad to hear you have made a career out of it.

I can account for that because I sold Dave the parts and I gave him a new rotor. What else is wrong with it? The bracket has mounting marks where it will be hidden once you mount it?



Dave makes meth? Your coming off more like the tweeker. Making up crap and then exposing yourself. Not to mention you filed a false Paypal claim saying you never received it, just because you didn't get it a day or two before you wanted it. Even know the tracking# told you where it was and when it would arrive.

I prefer to settle my problems with lowlifes face to face, if you find a way to make that possible I would be happy to settle either of your concerns in person. I just got out of the Marine Corps after 5.5 years of being a MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program) Instructor, so I have nothing to prove. If you feel a disagreement needs to get physical, maybe its because your "facts" cant win the argument on their own. So you can deflate your chest, its not going to get you any points in here.



That rotor is used. I was made to believe it was a new rotor and bracket. It is definitely not that. Its not a false claim when the part HAD NOT been shipped. here is the PP claim History:

This dispute was filed 5 DAYS after I paid for the part and 5 DAYS after the last time I had heard from the seller. It was filed at 9something) in the morning PST on Friday, check that tracking #, It wasn't sent out for a few hours after that. Even the PayPal log shows that.

I had emailed him during the week when I realized he was a poacher, If he would have at least responded, I wouldn't have had to file a claim. But when you find out you are dealing with someone who already scammed you, and then they wont return your messages, why would you give them more than 5 days to hold onto your money. I should have filed the claim the moment I realized he wasn't the seller from the thread, but I gave him a chance to clear things up. Did he? Nope, he just kept being shady.



Honestly, wether the rotor was new or not, or if he would have sent it on Monday, Wed., or Fri., isn't really the point. He poached people off other peoples posts. Thats lowdown on its own. I admit, If I would have ever thought he wasn't the sale thread poster, I would have gone back and checked, as I always will from now on. The fact that I didn't notice that is the exact reason I sent him the message and gave him two more days to respond. The reason he didn't is because then he knew I might tell him to just refund the money. Further shadiness.



The difference in what I am saying and what he is telling everyone is, I can provide anyone who wants it the PM's/PayPal info to back up what Im saying.

He still hasn't addressed the fact that he is PM'ing people off of other members sale threads, or that he didn't even ship the parts until after PayPal emailed him.

If you think thats the honest way to do business, then I hope you always get to deal with people like that. As much as you sell on here, Im surprised you would stand on the side of someone who steals buyers.

Second now that you were called out by sticky icky (who I purchased the rotor and bracket from) you say you want to file yet another senseless pay pal claim , and what are you going to file on ?? The following ??.

I bought something I did not want (but thought I did) from someone I did not know (and did not know how to check who I was buying from) I made a big stink about it and now I returned it and I am going to get my money back so please do something to help me out [end quote] WTF you must be a democrat.

I highly suggest you only purchase items from stores or vendors so you can smell , touch , and see the item before to make a large purchase such as a $50.00 item , take someone with you who knows what you (think) you want and what to look for such as “crosshatching” on “quality rotors” as it appears you need assistance in the marketplace.
