anyone use this pipe?

just wondered if anyone ever used one on there ct. im looking for a pipe and this one is reasnable but it doesnt say if it is rebuildable or how loud it is any imput . it is a pitster 28mm pipe and im running a 124 with tb411cam

most all pitbike pipes are sort of loud
