ok i just installed my 75 kit and had a few parts left over. does anyone kno what the metal o ring is for (in the pic- right under the cylinder)?



and i also hav an extra gasket left over (i thinkit the one on the right side of the metal o ring)



does anyone know what these r for? i looked over everything several times. and i didn;t take off any metal o ring or gasket that looks like that one ( i kno the otehr triangle shaped gasket if for the right side head cover and i put it on)thanks.rob.

the metal o-ring is more yhan likely the exhaust gasket JCMINIS

the metal spacer is a spacer that u can(but dont have to) put where the pipe connects to the head. the other gasket is a gasket is the same as the gasket you put on but its for a different head so the kit works with other heads.

I think the metal one is for where the the exhaust pipe bolts onto the head ?????



The other one might be for the right side head side cover gasket ?????

( the one in front of the spark plug ) .



I haven't put my 88cc kit on yet , so I'm not posatively sure ...

johnny b- i put a gasket on where ur talking about. and mine didn;t come with instructions either. go to www.twobros.com > minis > comstumer service > install instructions. ROB.

mxracer330 is right but the metal one is actually a metal crush "gasket". when you install the pipe it crushes it to seal off the exhaust. chances are that the stock one is still in the head. it would be crushed in hard so you would need a flat screw driver to remove it. not worth messing with until you have a reason to take off the pipe.
