Can you put 5 thin fibers and 4 thinner steels in the lifan basket to make it 5 plate. I dont have any motors down right now, so i cant study it.



What plates fit the baskets?



Are the dr atv springs still best?



All I know is that, all my big motors have clutch issues. Most are 4 plate, stock plates, dr atv heavy springs. 156, 4 plate, slips. 170 is 4 plate, slips some. The 192 motor, 5 plate, stock plates and springs. I need to fix it next, the power blows right through the clutch.

I had a stock Gpx clutch set in a lifan it drops right in not sure if thats what you were asking.

just the plates or the whole clutch? i know the whole clutch does.

Yes I did but this was almost two years ago so I dont know about availability now, and I also have no idea if it will help harness more of your power. The only reason I used them is I was in a bind and needed them asap and Lifan set wasnt readily available then
