2022 CRF110f fmf power core 4 fitment issue

Tire Hood Automotive lighting Automotive tire Motor vehicle

I bought a FMF power core and it doesn’t seem to fit. The muffler only slides on about a 1/8 of an inch before hitting where the gasket is. Has anyone successfully installed this muffler on the 22?

Try cleaning up the inside lip of the silencer and also the whole outside of the header pipe with some emery paper, there may be a few small burrs on both.

Thanks! It looked as if there was a metal piece welded but the once I removed the gasket and cleaned it up it fit fine.
