Here is the bulletin from Honda

Cams might break. CRF150r vin range JH2KE033*7K000001 to JH2ke033*7K005279. CRF150RB vin range.JH2ke033*7k000001 to JH2KE033* to JH2ke033*005791. The parts are not availiable yet. Do not sell any of these machines.

I copied it from thumpertalk, according to the threads on the thumpertalk the production of the 150's have been stopped for the time being. The cams are failing after 40 hours. It is a good thing that Honda is stepping up to fix the problem.

Im go break it down for all you honda lovers, straight from a factory honda mech.thats my friend they have had a total of 15 broken cams sent back and valves are wearing down, this bike was put together very fast cause honda sale's were droping fast more yamaha were being sold cause of less maint.he said on the 150r the frame is going to break were the motor mounts and you should do a valve check after the first ride (which no one has done)change or inspect the rings 10hrs of racing or 15 playing around, also what ppl dont understand is that 10hrs of racing is about 25 in total since you are practiceing about 4 or 5 times a week.he also said that a crf150r ridden by a adult is more stress on the motor since it was made for 85 to 110 lb kids.he also said honda requires more maint then any bike out besize ktm.oh and change the piston at 20 or mic it and see if its roundind on the ends.he also said they have 3 with blown motors their.
