Hi,
I just joined the forum and this looks like the best place for pit bike support.
Im going to buy a KLX 110 on CL for 500 and the guy says the bike is in good
shape but it smokes. I was wondering what could cause that issue and whether
its a cheap fix. Its a stock bike so no engine mods. Is the smoking even going
to damage the engine because it seems that extra oil burning couldn't hurt it
but even lubricate the engine more? He had the oil changed recently by a
motosports mechanic so I doubt its overfilled, I read that it could be the piston
rings or valve seals. Should I pull the trigger on the bike? I also found an 05
CRF 50 and Its in great shape and the guy wants 570. Which should I buy?
