I have a 93 z50r just installed a piranha 140cc was wondering what exhaust will tuck in behind the rear plastic will the tbolt type 2 exhaust work it looks like it might be to big.

I'm not sure if the stinger on this pipe will clear the rear shock. The gen 1 model stinger is straight and stops right at the shock on a 90's Z50R, as seen here.

Hell I could trim it down in the band saw if I had to this is definitely an option

One other thing to keep in mind, if the 140 has a 69mm tall cylinder, it will move the exhaust system forward by 6mm. The good feature with that pipe is the adjustable mounting bracket will line up with the stock mounting hole on the frame, you may need to fab up a spacer for behind the bracket.

I'll have to take a look at the bike and see if there is any melted spots on the right side, and let you know.

One other thing to keep in mind, if the 140 has a 69mm tall cylinder, it will move the exhaust system forward by 6mm. The good feature with that pipe is the adjustable mounting bracket will line up with the stock mounting hole on the frame, you may need to fab up a spacer for behind the bracket.
cilinder height
41,4 stroke 49-72ccm(85/88/106): 63mm
49,5 stroke 85-97-106ccm: 69mm
55,5(108nice) and 57mm stroke, 120 and up to 150ccm: 78mm
(anima190 and zs190?)

yx(piranha)140 is +15mm
