So I'm working with a 1978 ATC70....wanted to find out if anyone knows the OEM Honda marking on the slide needle.
AND if anyone knows the stock clip position for that same needle.

Thanks but I have the OEM Honda manual and the needle marking is not listed nor is the clip position.

According to the Clymer Manual, the clip position is in the 4th groove.

WOW , That seems a bit on the rich side.....Does the Clymer manual give the needle marking??
I've been studying pictures of the Honda needle set (part # 16012-957-003) and have been able to extrapolate three numbers "230" , there SHOULD be two or three other numbers and/or letters.

No needle marking listed, but you might be able to find it in some archived specs for a Keihin PB38A carb

Hey much thanks for the input given!!!

After much scrutiny of pictures online and a little extra research and digging I've found the needle number to be J2302G , I have a small collection of needles and just so happen to have that needle!!!!
As for the clip position , groove #4 may be correct as long as some jackhole didnt change the needle jet on me!!!....Hopefully not otherwise I guess I'll be ordering the Honda set.
