Don't know if the bike runs, it turns over and seems to have compression. Are they worth restoring? Just from looking around on the internet I can't find any information.

Hmmm, wheels and tires look too big to be an Indian Bambino aka MM5a, also the tank isn't the same... I think what you have is the JC-54 model (JC = Junior Cross). Parts will be hard to come by, but would be a great project. Or if you don't want to pursue it, there's a following for old Indian dirt bikes so I'm sure you could find a home for it
