What is the smallest sprocket one can run on the mag wheels? IS 30t possible?

Not sure who PBI is but the bolt pattern is the limiting factor. So that's why I was asking.
The exact reason I'm not looking to run a kx65 rear wheel...

PBI sprockets, ill measure the center to center of the sprocket that fits
