does a 12 inch rim and hd spoke kit from xr50.com fit bombshell front hub?

28 hole rim, 28 hole hub, 28 spokes should work.

If it is supposed to fit the stock hub then no it won't. Call them up or email them.

what site or company sells 12 inch front that fits sano hub

the front wheel would work but you would need to get spokes made. not that hard to get them made.
