i have heard of guys putting kx 65 forks on a klx 110, Has anyone tried this? if so what modifications did you have to make?

alright then.. two bros makes good fork kit www.twobros.com but if u wanted a cheaper way find some stock 65 forks and just send them somewhere to get them setup for your weight or just put heavy springs in.

65 forks wont work, they r to big in diameter. kx60 forks WILL work though and slide right in to the stock KLX triples. the kit Two Bros sales is KX60 forks.

kx60 forks slide right in to the stock clamps, kx65 forks do not, you have to bey a new triple clamp to make thenm work or cut and modify the stock kx65 steering stem..

Check with the guys at BRP. www.brpit.com they are making a new clamp set up with stem that will allow you to bolt up KX65 forks to the 110. But remember if you go with the KX65 forks set up, you also need the disc brakes and wheel.

I have a complete kx 65 front end wheel, disc brakes and all, I found out that metaltek is also making a clamp for the 65 forks. I think all I need to do is cut down the 65 steering stem. I will find out shortly my winter project is front and rear suspension.
