Edit- I took out a washer on the top bolt to the brake mount and that seemed to even it out. plan on bleeding front brakes to see if that works. I just picked up a 2008 x4r 150 and it needed a new rear tire so I removed it and took to a shop for a new tire without checking the brakes before...
