swing arm alright. so i bought a swingarm from a friend but he was not sure what brand it was. i went to mount it up and the upper hole that connects to the shock was to large. so the bolt that goes through the shock was smaller than the hole in the swingarm so not quite sure what to do? have any of you guys had this problem? it is a big pain in the but and really don't want to buy a new swing arm. i am running the elka piggy which is 10 1/4 in not sure of the width but it fits in perfectly accept the bolt. thanks to any sugestions

Re: swing arm make some kind of spacer for each side rather then buying a new swingarm , one of my china swingarms has built in spaces that can be taken out to make the hole bigger or smaller

Re: swing arm You could use some type of hat washer, that will fits into the frame, and then match the inside bolt diameter. That or use a small collar that the bolt will fit through, and then into the frame. If you go to your local hardware store I am sure they will have something that you can get to work. Gary

Re: swing arm Just re-read your post, I was thinking it was the frame not the swing arm, just find some collars that fit over the bolt, but through the swingarm. Again like I said, local hardware store should have something to work. Gary

Re: swing arm ^^^^ Like he said, basically sleeve it to fit your bolt and it should be fine. Preferably metal sleeve over plastic bushing type material. You will need to replace the plastic more depending on how hard you ride it.
