In memory.....

Fellas I am sorry to say that we lost two great guys that has been in the industry for years. Chris Palmer and Ryan Reid from ASV Inventions have passed. I am not going to give details or anything but just letting you know that we lost two great guys that cared alot about what they did and helped out so many people. I knew Chris Personally and hung out with him every chance I got when he was in town or vise versa. Not sure if you guys knew him or not but if you did you would feel the same about his passing as I do. Please say a prayer in their memory.

Thanks fellas for the support.

Re: In memory.....

Yeah I just found out yesterday, not a good feeling to know that the two people that washed up on the beach was someone you know,,,,,, Chris was our ASV rep as well as our good friend,,,,,, I am so pissed that I chose to work Instead of going to Del Mar with Chris and my business partner and friends. I remember talking on the phone to Shawn my partner and telling me that they were having a great time and for me to just come out and party with them and I said I was too tired to come out.................. What a f---ing bad decision now looking back. We will miss you Chris,,,, it is so true when they say that only the good die young!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: In memory.....

Sad thing is, no matter who you were he would go the extra mile to make sure you got what you needed and if you needed help on parts he would do everythingin his power to make sure you got your stuff. You don't find too many guys out there like that anymore.

I am thinking of opening a new paypal account for anyone that would like to donate to his family as I know funerals are expensive.
I am not going to beg for anyone to donate but if you would like to I am sure his family would be much appreciated. I will not take it personally if you chose not to as well. Me personally will not be able to attend his funeral this Sunday but I am going to send out some flowers to his family.

Re: In memory.....

Ok guys, I am not asking for a handout or begging for money in any means. I am simply going to say we lost a great guy in our industry and if you would like to donate to Chris's family then feel free to go ahead and donate. If not I totally understand. I have not contacted his mother and let her know about the paypal fund I setup for him yet but I am going to let her know early next week. Please keep in mind that this money is going directly to her to help his family with any financial needs they need to have his funeral or at least to try to help his family out in anyway possible.

Chris was a good friend of mine and I am going to miss him dearly. I know first hand he loved doing what he did and never got bored with his job in this industry ever. He is going to be missed for sure.

Here is the paypal address if you would like to donate.

chrispalmerfund@gmail.com

Godspeed Chris I will miss you bro!!!!!

Re: In memory.....

No way, man i cant believe these are the two guys that passed. I was in Newport when everything was happening and i found out the next day that two people had drowned. I would never had thought they would have been anyone related to bikes, especially ASV. Man, that sucks. My heart goes out to the families, it's really sad to hear.
