| Cut Ignition Cover Well what do you guys think? I cut the cover to try and make it look like some of the bikes I seen on here. Here's what I came up with. Any tips on making it looks a little bit better? ![]() |

| Re: Cut Ignition Cover I just took my plasma to my cover and hacked off mine. I will clean it up on the belt sander and then media blast it to give the cover the sand cast look. Mike |

Hey thanks. I don't recommend trying to polish it to a mirror finish like I did (well, in the process). It's a huge pain in the ass and it takes forever. It does look pretty cool though. | |

| Re: Cut Ignition Cover nice i did my as a rush to get it done but i thought it came out ok considering that i used a dremel and sanded by hand. thought about polishing it up shiny but forget it! ![]() |
