My bbr sp5 i got needed a new fork tube, the black part. Bought one and put it all together with 3.8 ounces of fork oil and it wont stop leaking

It came all together with the seal already in and it wont stop

What could be the problem?

stock sp5 seals are junk. get xr/crf70 seals.

where can i get them?

Do i have to order them from a honda dealer?
