| tires. need help fast ok i popped my tires yesterday ( iahve tubeless, fast 50's billet rims) and im going to run a maxxis maxcross it on the front for sure at vegas. now i have to put a new tire on for today and till vegas. i have 2 at my house. which will hook up better at vegas between the irc 3X10 or the maxxis maxxcross it 10X2.75? |

| Re: tires. need help fast I know you should be running the widest tire you can to put the most rubber to the ground. Also, you want a hard-pack tire. This means shorter knobbies with the knobbies closer together. I raced big bikes the last 5 years in Vegas at the AAWF (US Open) inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The hardest packed track I have ever ridden. Guys show up with these big knobbied sand tires! Never understood that. Jay |
