Re: Bikes being sold after Vegas?

MiniMoto is one of the biggest pitbike races around and companies like BBR, CHP, Pitster, etc. will make sure that the bikes are 100 percent top notch with all the best stuff available and the bikes actually don't have much time on them.
Sometimes you get stuff that isn't available to the regular public. ( Isn't that right Tracy?)

I do know. Yes I built the bikes that Derek and MC raced along with quite a few others.
Honestly the bikes that where sold at MiniMoto where the same bikes that where raced.
It's called cost recooperation.
Tracy Town bought the MC Midsize Pro that Jeremy didn't want to ride. It has all the trick stuff including the suspension, epoxied head, hubs, etc. etc.
They sold Costella's France bike to a customer right after the race.
While most companies may pull all the trick stuff off the bike, BBR did not.
I don't work for them anymore and I have no reason to throw them under the bus.

I am mostly known for building Roadrace, Quad, and MX engines. Rule of thumb for BBR is... If Duane doesn't ride it, then they don't want to be involved in it.
In business sence I can see that if you are at the top of the game in Pitbikes, why get involved in other things.
I thought differently and thought that if BBR was at the top with Pitbikes, why not be at the top with other forms of Bikes.
I didn't leave on bad terms. Just differences in opinions and so I openned my own shop.
BBR still produces great products and their service is top notch.
I just wanted to build more than Pitbikes.
