Not sure what this stuff is worth:

sold the motor

Bore kit that I was told was a Takegawa 88cc S-Stage kit, but it's not. It has an 52mm steel piston jug, and a Takegawa domed piston, also comes with the rings and new cam.

and some stock carbs and piston jugs/pistons

What's the height of the jug? Pic of the cam, out of the wrap? It looks un-Honda-ish. Piston pin-to-top edge dimension?

There is etching in the cam that says Japan. I think you can see it in the pics.

Thanks, Dutch. Sorry I was unclear, but I meant the jug, without the spigot, just gasket surface to gasket surface.

That cam isn't for a Honda 50 based head.

Info from the box?

~3 inches = 76.2 millimeters without the spickot
and
2-11/16" from gasket area to gasket area (2 11/16) inches = 68.2625 millimeters

The actual piston size is just a hair over 2 inches = 50.8 millimeters.

Looks like the the bore is about 50mm according to the old tape measure. 75cc?

Nothing about GAG and the info on the box was for a Takegawa S-Stage, which this isn't, so it doesn't apply

Hmmmm. A Honda 50 kit would have a 63mm tall jug. The TRX90, and China 90-110's use a 69mm jug. Maybe Zed or someone can chime in?

It looks really close (if not) 69mm. I don't have a precise way to measure it, so I'm tape measuring and converting it to mm. It's actually just a bit over 2 11/16".

dutch i feel sorry for you on that deal, the only thing out of that whole kit that looks compatible with the honda is the piston! the jug more than likely is 69mm which you could save for a stroker but i have no idea what motor that cam came from!

It'll catch back up to him eventually. I've had so many good deals off this site and only two bad ones, so I guess you have to take some bad some times. It's a shame people can't be honest.

We got took by the same schmuck on motors, a while back. Get some accurate metric measurements of the piston, and I might be able to lighten the sting on this deal. Looks like something I can use.

Maybe the kit will be recognised by a Euro member?

Inner bore size and piston size: 52mm
Jug size: 69mm

GAG50 perhaps? I'm clueless but I know the Suzuki GSXR50 was nicknamed GAG 50 if i remember correctly. I dunno tho..
