About the only thing Shady Grove is good for is pounding out lap after lap after lap. Don't go there hoping for a prepped track, and there's usually people going the wrong way, etc.

Shady grove is not a bad place to ride... Atleast it wasn't that bad the few times my friends and I went out there. Like was said above, don't expect a groomed or well prepared track but for the price if you are just looking to ride/play around it is not bad.

Yes they let big bikes in they have a night and a day track they prepp it every time theres practice they have really good dirt.
