Racing Gas

Anyone running full strength racing fuel in a pit bike if so do yu have to change the valves or anything for it to hold up. And what octane are you running? i have heard of some running it but mixing it with regular gas.

Re: Racing Gas

I run 100 in my stock head TAK 88cc. The motor doesn't like to run on pump gas.

Re: Racing Gas

Just run a high pump gas. Race gas doesnt work well on low compression motors. Yes it smells great, but not worth paying extra just for that.

Hate to say it, but you're probably actually ROBBING power by doing it.

High octane fuels do.............NOT work in pitbikes. Period.

C4 and other 4-stroke fuels will work... but why? It's so expensive it's hardly worth it unless you're running a 16HP+ engine.

Just thought I'd throw it out, no offense meant to anyone.
