Re: I need ideas for my track

added a whoops section (took out a tabletop) and re-worked the rhythm section a little...

Edit: just did some more work to clean everything up and put in final details... this should be the final design... as we actually make the track it is bound to change a little but should end up pretty close...

Re: I need ideas for my track

if this was my track id take out that table top by its self and put a double to whoops to a stepup. And i would throw in 2 or 3 more table tops in there to make it more like a super cross track. Great design though looks like a blast to ride. Good luck with evrything

woah... I thought I packed in the features pretty good... i'll be happy if they all fit in like that... You might think I have more space than I do?
Also, other people (ie. my wife and younger family members) will ride it so it can't go too extreme...
Maybe next year I'll re-do it a little crazier...
I may build a wood ramp for the jump run...

Yea oops sorry. After looking at the land more carefully i realized that this track is smaller then i expected. I really like the finished product though. Looks like such a fun track to ride. I dont think you need to change anything. Hope everything goes well. Good luck

Re: I need ideas for my track

Put in 3.5 hours on a skid steer today... It was a ton of fun... talk about a cool toy... and only busted one water pipe...lol
Forgot my camera in the truck so I don't have any photos/video of what I have going yet... Most of the dirt moving is done... now mostly just shaping, packing, and grooming to go...
Hopefully I'll be riding by tomorrow afternoon after I put in the 4.5 hours I have left on the skid steer and a couple hours grooming by hand...
A few features changed a little from the design but the overall line and design is coming pretty close... Pictures/Video tomorrow...

The property is an acre... I think I'm using about 1/3 (maybe a little more) of the acre...

I've been waking up every hour all night... can't sleep... too excited... is 6am too early to run a skid steer on sunday?...lol... I feel like a kid on christmas...

Yeah I know... It should get tougher each time I redo it but I want to start pretty basic...

I have some young family members and a wife that want to ride so it's going to start out a little easy... I figure they can roll the tabletops and I can air them out... fun for everyone...

Plus tabletops take the most dirt and can easily be knocked down into a new feature... so I'm moving all the dirt I can while I have the skid steer...
