| Is this Texas CHP race going to be in the path of the Hurricane? If anyone has info....please keep us informed if the race will be changed.

| Re: Hurricane and the CHP Texas race??? The track is about 45 mins from north of me, and I'm not worried about the hurricane. We're just south of the border of Oklahoma, the hurricane shouldn't effect us much at all... Besides Spanky (the owner of the track) knows how to work the dirt, so even if it does rain a whole lot, he'll take care of it. |

The last I saw the tropical storms are reaching far north texas by sat according to reports on the hurricane's track..but this is what the forecast says so..hopefullly it will be perfect after the rain, spanky can handle just about anything mother nature throws at his track, and it's going to be okay Wednesday Night Cloudy with a chance of showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall. Lows in the upper 60s. Chance of rain 50 percent. Thursday Partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 80s. Thursday Night Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers. Lows in the upper 60s. Friday Partly sunny with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 80s. Friday Night and Saturday Mostly cloudy. Lows in the upper 60s. Highs in the upper 80s. Saturday Night and Sunday Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 60s. Highs around 90. |
