| Got a ticket I got wrote up for riding my 110 on "public roads" (it was actually about 150 feet of road to get to the nearby desert). I got cited for "unlicensed driver 12500(a) cvc" but it should have been "12500(b) Requires the driver of a motorcycle to be licensed" because it was a motorcycle. Am I wrong? | Re: Got a ticket Did they tow your bike? Typically when someone is cited for 12500 the vehicle is impounded for 30 days no exceptions even if you dont have a "M" endorsement. If they didnt take your 110 then consider that a break. If it was me, I would not have given you a ticket - I would have drooled over your mods and sent you on your way LOL. Was it CHP? |
