Lots more, due to it's size, and the fact that each tooth gets 3-4 times more use than a rear one.

Not a big issue if it's going to be assembled, polished, and parted out

I cant make you a front sprocket bud, I dont have the broach that makes the spline in the sprocket....sry.

cool part, good job on that. i did some machining stuff in high school and it was alot of fun. it woulda been cool to do something like that

Find all of the chemicals in your garage/shop. Put 3 oz. of each into a bucket, mix really well, and then sniff for 20 - 30 seconds.
