Hey guys,

I just put a deposit and placed a pre-order on the new SR150R. I should be receiving it sometime early next week. Just curious, did anyone else order up the new bike?

I have been riding mine for about a week and a half now. It's been to milestone, comp edge hillside track, and up to big bear to hit some trails. This bike is awesome. The suspension has been soaking up everything. I have even flat landed some good size hits and it handles it no problem. The cornering ability of this bike is beyond my expectations and better than any mid-size bike that I have ridden. I will get some pics up soon and maybe some footage from my helmet cam.

All i can say is that this bike is ridiculous! Fast. very predictable in the corners and overall fun. Size is perfect. stock suspension was better than expected. i have yet to get any track time but so far i'm completely impressed. my experience lies in a rm125 and a dr250. cosmetically, the details blow away my crf80 and pretty much any bike i've ever seen stock. my only cons are that the bike was pretty banged up upon delivery as far as scratches and nicks... nothing major. The graphics craftsmanship made me tear them off after the first ride. And with all the attention to detail, the kick starter is crap. oh yeah and the manual is the funniest thing i've ever read.

Sounds like you love your SR150R as much as I do. Can't wait to get it into one of the local races. What color did you get? I got the white bike and I love the graphics. Anyways, I hope to see more 150R riders out at the track.

Man it's so stressful and exciting waiting for a new awesome bike.... My wife about kicked me out of the house when I ordered my bike (motovert) I was so on edge with excitment.

Don't worry you're not crazy if you check the tracking numbers ten times a day!

i definitely spend more time riding then i do cleaning. I had the ssr going through some mean trails and handling some hefty creek beds... probably not the smartest thing to do but i couldn't help it.
