yes...But wut motor are you running? If you plan on using a left side oil cooler then NO. If you plan on using a right side oilcooler, perfect.

I have one, they work well. Certainly help keep the filter from getting crazy filthy for one, and seems to help with throttle response as well, very crisp.

Yes suzukirm12594 is right, on your bike the oil cooler is on the left side.
We have dyno bikes with the u-flow and with out the u flow , number are the same. Now we use and sell the u-flow .

I was forced to buy one because when I bought my oil cooler, it squished my pancake filter...Anyway, it really gives you clean and crisp throttle response. I didnt think it would make a difference but it did.
