pretty much brand new. i got for my birthday and use my xbox more. i have 5 or 6 games and it has an extra controller. i am asking 500 and it comes with the games.
the games are;
Resistance fall of man
Rock band. (comes with everything but the cd and drum sticks. they are normal drum stricks so they dont take special ones.)
mx vs atv untamed
Dirt
Need for speed carbon.
