How about $225 with the sleeve installed an a used XR100 jug? WAY better piston than the TB kits, plus a few more cc's.

still got? do you have to bore the cases for this sleeve?

Yup & yup. The up side is you get a more rigid sleeve, get to clean the oil sling that's part of the crank, maybe lighten it a bit, and swap in some 80 gears to tighten up the ratios

I'm not set up to do it, so it's $100 from my local guy, including boring and honing to size.

when I have the 120 kit installed and do the headwork, also have a White Brothers exhaust simular to a FMF pipe, will I need to change my carb to something else or just change jetting?
