Any reason you chose a 450 engine?

I made the mistake of putting a 250 two stroke in it at first. It was fast but, the vibration was out of control.

those forks look a little too short, i would have left more travel in them and raised em up in the clamps with some clip ons

How do you get the motor out? Id paint it satin black. Just my 2cents.

Send video when your done. Pain it a chrome/silvery color like a regular aluminum frame color. But thats my thoughts...Keep up the great work!

satin black frame/swinger like shawn says.
blue or yellow yamaha scheme.
You have some good fabbing skills. More pics!
Are you going with a GP style exhaust or an undertail exhaust?
