Is it even possible? And if a state dmv would recognize it is there some sort of "kit" Lights, winkers etc or would you be on your own fabricating stuff to fit?

I appreciate your response but my question was really about the hardware to plate namely lights, winkers,Fairing for light etc etc. Not a dmv question.

sorry about that. i tend not to read things all the way.

here's some info on an nsr with baja designs kit.
My long OVERDUE project - 2004 'Street' NSR50R - BARF - Bay Area Riders Forum

then there's always getting oem stuff out of honda japan or jdm items.

Re: Road legal NSF100?

I'm guessing that maybe the XR100 stuff would work on the NSF100 in terms of getting a lighting coil. I would talk to the BajaDesigns guys and have them help out/guide you in terms of what to look for to see which of their kits would work.

In terms of actual lights, it's been done. You can get the Baja stuff or similar or make your own lighting setup like I'm doing with m NSF100 tail. For the headlights, you can cut and mold your own headlights or spend the big bucks and spend the $ on the JDM plastics with the headlights already pre-cut/molded for you.
