hey guys, I got a 70cc athena big bore kit.

I'm going to install it soon but want to get a aftermarket pipe and a bigger carb. If anyone has one they are not using and want to get rid of it let me know how much.

If you can't find one used, you can alwas order new from CHP or TCR:

Honda NSR-50 Performance parts page featuring Kitaco, Takegawa and G-Craft billet aluminium parts.

You can get a new Kehin 24m round slide carb from Sudco for $100, that is what I used with my Athean 70cc kit and it worked great!

Don't buy TCR's exhaust for the NSR, it is a Arrow exhaust and will not fit unless you want to cut and tig weld a brand new $300 exhaust just to make it fit. It is for the 17" wheel NS50's, not the 12" NSR's.

The pic on the website isn't the exhaust you get... if you want pic's I've got a ton of what it looked like before I modified it to work.

Get a Jimco pipe made by WRW racing... Billy Wiese is the guys name.

where can i get the carb?

how much would the pipe cost?

trying to go used to keep it on budget... *sigh* if only money was no object..

Sudco is the place you get the carb from.. Call them up and tell them you need a Kehin 24mm round slide carb with a 128 and 130 main jet.
SUDCO Motorcycle Parts Distributing It was under $100 for the carb and the jets are cheap also.

The pipe from WRW racing is, I believe, $280... Call Billy Wiese at 512-470-0442
