(?) Lifan Motor CDI

Is there such an upgrade for these motors (150cc - 200cc specific)?.....to allow a higher rpm range.

I dont think I would want my 150CC to go over 10,000 RPM... Its the max on my bike and I have had it there once. Its scary

Do I look for a CDI specific to the Lifan motor (do they even exist?) or to Honda spec's?

i would think a honda (specs) would work, you would have to see the plug for the cdi to make sure they are the same plug.

Naw as long as it's a Honda base CDI and you don't mind doing electrical just chop, cut and rebuilt the wiring. Cut off the plug and wire it to your old plug from the CDI you're tossing and you're golden. I believe there are numerous CDI's out there with no rev limit.

Your CDI doesn't have a rev limit to begin with...
