My NSF100 seat is just a foam pad that is glued on, I was thinking of using a seat from a sport bike to get me up a little higher on the bike. I will let you know what I come up with.

hey jag, on my rs125 chassi i raised the seat up one inch by attaching some 1x1 inch square alloy to the subframe by drilling some holes and using zipties, worked great for me. The rs chassi had a much more 'cramped' fell to it then my ysr, but once i raised the seat 1 inch the problem was sloved.

For my NSR50R - RCV-Mini conversion I just used the old seat from the NSR50you will have to cut the plastic underpegs on the seat but you could then add foam under it to raise it a little and then strap it down with velcro tape.

That is another bike that I built in my avatar. It is a X18 pocket bike with a built Yamaha 100cc 2 stroke engine. You may be able to find the bodywork and adapt it to a YSR with a little work.

that looks alot like the body work from the japanese rcv website. how big is the x18 compaired to a ysr50?

100cc two stroke must be sweet. I found a kit for my street legal nsr50 that would bring it up to 75cc but I am waiting to see how much an undertail pipe would cost before i decide to do the whole project
