Re: wtb 89 z50r bar kit what exactly are you looking for? The stock 89' bars? Triple clamp? OR aftermarket clamp and big bars to fit a Z50R?

Re: wtb 89 z50r bar kit Its alot cheaper to use your stock top plate and get xr70 or crf450 bar mounts which will bolt right on to the stock plate. then all you need is bars and controls. Just a thought.

Re: wtb 89 z50r bar kit i wouldn't use crf450 clamps, they are a way different design. the z50r/atc70 bar mounts and triple clamp go right on and work awesome. you need an aftermarket triple clamp to run most 8" bars tho.

Re: wtb 89 z50r bar kit I use xr70 bar mounts on my z50s but someone told me crf450 bar mount fit perfect. Im running the pro taper xr50 bend bars and it works fine.

Re: wtb 89 z50r bar kit I use atc70 triple clamp (since it is chrome) and bar clamps on my '72 z50. Then stock '97 Bars on a spare '72 z50, which is pretty much setup for a child even though I am 6'2". I also have zb50 forks, triple clamps, bar mounts, and bars on my '97 Z50R for now.... new setup coming soon. The aftermarket Triple Clamps normally offset the bars forward and allow 8" bars which makes the small bikes much more ridable. I am getting a fast 50s triple clamp for my '72 and billet triple clamps for my '97.
