| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing Akunar has offset pins and parts, and I know a guy who can press it up and true it. Got a 68mm GPX swinger on the bench right now. |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing Is Akunar a member on this forum?, just searched and he does'nt seem to be listed!.. What the biggest you can go with a combination of bore kit and stroker crank without having to bore the cases?. Last edited by mart35; 03-23-2008 at 02:19 PM. |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing A drop-on 57mm 146 jug is the biggest bore without opening the cases. I have seen them be tight in spots and hurt the piston though, so it still needs a little cleanup or at least a careful check. A 68mm stroke has to have the rod ground to clear the trans, a spacer under the jug, and possible camchain issues (we added a 3mm spacer and converted to 14/28 sprockets-it maths out |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing Yeah thanks! I've just googled them & asked for some prices. Regards the 6mm stroker crank & 146cc bore kit what size head valves would work best do you think, i've standard jailing 124cc 27/23 valves & the ports have been fully gas flowed, do you know which if any 28/24 valve head & would that be a better idea to let the motor breath better?. |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing I'm ordering from them late next week, if you want to save on shipping. I haven't seen a Jailing with bigger than 24/21 valves, but done a few Lifan swaps. I'm ordering some 30/26 pairs to turn to 30/24, but 28/24 with good porting will feed it. It's not gonna be a revver, but will have a monster midrange hit. |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing Can I run this by you, if I use a 55.50 Honda crankshaft with a 2.25mm pin that take's the crank to 60mm, so if I use a 3mm spacer that'll be the equivalent of a 63mm stroker crank? then just change the cam sprockets to 14/28 will this work or have I confused myself again lol. Do you use a stock base gasket either side of the 3mm spacer or just gasket sealant?. Last edited by mart35; 03-24-2008 at 03:38 PM. |

I'm running the 2mm spacer on my 146 and used a thin bead of permatex. | |

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing The stroker plate doesn't increase the stroke, it just raises the jug. If you put a 2.25mm pin in your crank, at TDC your piston will be 2.25mm higher than before. The spacer plate makes up for that difference.

| Re: stroker crank for 124cc jailing 2.25 offset pin? Not at Akunar, for a 55.5 crank. Either Click or Wave pin depending on 25 or 26mm pin. |
